Was refused help during an emergency at Christmas. My dog had a life or death illness. I understand not being staffed during a holiday, but they didn’t even take any time to help me figure out where I could take my dog that could help. You’re a vet who should know where to point people in cases like this. Have some compassion.

The team here is phenomenal!!! Recently, I came in distraught over a kitten I had just adopted from a shelter because her breathing was really shallow and they helped me through the situation Dr.Roper even called me the next morning to check on Luna. Thank you VCA!

First time visiting and the staff was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They answered most of my questions before I asked and listened to any of my concerns. My kitten was well taken care of and kept at ease. I enjoyed the experience so much I plan on bringing my more senior cat here as well. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism.
