Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Shallowford

Excellent experience from the first time we walked into this fabulous pet store! The highest quality food and gorgeous cookies Really helpful staff and owner. You always receive a warm welcome! My spicy and feisty Jack Russel did really well with Gracie’s grooming expertise. (That is saying a lot) She is groomed better than she ever has been before. She smells so good and looks so good. Would highly recommend Woof Gang on Shallowford! Thanks for a great experience!

We had our 6 month old puppy (mini Berne-Doodle) groomed here for the first time on Sunday 08/24/2025, the next day he was excessively licking his private area, then he was crying in pain and did not sleep the whole night. We took him to his vet at Lassiter Animal Hospital and he was diagnosed with "classic clipper burn". They had to soak the area in a anti-fungal solution and gave him a shot of steroids and he had to be prescribed antibiotics and wear a cone for the last week. I brought the paperwork from the vet back to the store to discuss and was told that " They have never heard of this ( clipper burn ) before and that they are very careful with their puppies. I am extremely disappointed to not even receive an apology or an offer to make it right.

Wonderful groomers! From the first moment we stepped in, Suresh and team made our little puppy very comfortable. This made a difference, especially given it was his first haircut and full groom. The store is very clean, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, pricing is transparent, and they did a fantastic job taking care of our little one! Bonus: the store carries freshly baked items and great quality toys. We will be regulars!

Staff were super friendly, explained everything in detail, and made my GoldenDoodle feel right at home. They did a fantastic job bathing, grooming and trimming his nails... He looks very handsome now! Reasonably priced and also has a very cute pet bakery and treats-shop. This is our new go-to groomer. 100% recommended!
