I have nothing but wonderful things to say about each one of the staff that was there for my sweet 16 yr old Jax other than work he never left my side he gave me a wonderful 16 yrs..As hard as it was I had to make the decision none of us animal lovers want to make. It was his time..I no longer could be selfish and let the dr make him better to only be right where we were many many times before. No more pain sweet Jax I know your pain free now.

VCA Ormond has seen every one of my animals over the past 15+ years. All of the employees who have worked there over all these years have always been extremely kind and understanding. All of the veterinarians that have worked there have always treated my fur babies like their own. I had to have one of my cats put down a couple of weeks ago and he had been there previously for Tests Two or three years ago and I remember the doctor said that they couldn’t rule out cancer At the time But I was optimistic, but then a few months ago, my baby Toonces Who was 15 years old Started having trouble breathing and it just progressively got worse. Dr. Nelson, Allison, Liz, and Jelissa stand out every time because they go above and beyond to make sure my pets are comfortable and that I know what’s going on. It’s clear they truly love what they do. I’m so grateful to have a veterinary team I can trust completely.

Both of my dogs always receive the best care here. We absolutely love Dr. Nelson—she and her staff are truly wonderful and compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great veterinary team.
