I am so glad I found this clinic. I know vet care is expensive, but their care program is not bad compared to other private vet practices where just one visit is like $700 or more. Their vet tech Jeff is so caring and warmth, same with Jonathan in the front desk and of course Dr. Carrie Mann has a great doctor-patient manner.

The staff at VCA are amazing, we recently had to put our 14 year old dog to sleep, and they were so compassionate, and kind. I'm disabled, and have a fixed income. VCA worked with me, to make sure that my poor dog was no longer in pain and was able to pass in peace. Thank you so much! #RIPGaryBear

I used to use this place but i stopped when they wanted to neuter my dog without doing any pretesting. He barked when the Dr entered the exam room.( just barked no growl or anything) and the vet said he was "aggressive" and felt it would be better to just do the surgery real quick. My dog is a pitbull. I took him to another vet who did the pretesting and surgery and said my dog isn't aggressive just nervous. I feel the vet at VCA was unprofessional and doesn't know animals. He pegged my dog aggressive due to his breed and i feel that is wrong.

One of my two cats was "showing signs of sickness" throughout my home (blood in the urine). Not knowing what to do, I stopped by VCA in Danbury yesterday since they provide exceptional care for my dogs. Crystal, who greeted me when I walked in, answered all of my questions and made me feel much more at ease. Even though other customers were arriving, she never made me feel rushed. She multi-tasked with ease was really caring and scheduled an appointment for us to return at 4PM. At 4PM, Amanda, one of the vet techs, met me at the door. She assisted me with the cats and immediately showed me to an examining room where I was met by Shelly and Evan. As it turns out, Evan manages this location but he knew I was anxious about the cats so he stayed in the room during the exam and assisted. That
