I went it for a routine spay for my dog Abby. At the time of dropping her off I noticed small dried blood drops on the floor of the surgery center. I didn't think anything of it at the time so I left her to get spayed. The day after coming home with, her incision started leaking profusely with blood and pus. I then brought her to my local emergency room (Pacific Care). They informed me that she had contracted MRSA during the surgery do to unsterile conditions. I ended up having to hospitalize her for 2 weeks receiving antibiotics and fluids under her skin. She then had to receive further fluid injection and antibiotics for 2 weeks after leaving the hospital. This ended up costing me 16 thousand dollars. Not including the price of the spay from this place. When confronted they gave me 10k

I would like to recognize the vet techs and the front office staff that are always absolutely phenomenal. These ladies are incredibly kind, competent, and accommodating. I’ve come to this office several times with my 3 month old and they have been incredibly helpful each time with bringing my dogs to the car, letting me make payments over the phone, and providing privacy for feeds. Even without the baby, each visit is a breeze and my dogs love coming here. These ladies are the reason this office runs so smoothly!

This clinic used to be so wonderful. Great doctors, techs, and staff, along with fair/equitable prices. I brought all of my animals here, and sung the praises of the clinic to anyone who was interested. Ever since they were bought out, things have simply gotten progressively worse. My most recent experience has sealed it, and I will never bring any of my animals back to this clinic again. The priority now seems to be greed, far and away moreso over the well being of your animals. I'm so disappointed.

We love bringing our little four-legged boy here! The past year and a half since we got our Gus-Gus has been extraordinary with all the staff, from the front desk with Joshlyn, Bella, and now Mary, who always has a warm welcome and smile, our beloved Vet Dr. Ma, who does excellent care of him in every sense, and the person who keeps our baby coat and look impeccably groomed every month Julia, all the staff technicians, assistants, etc. we can not be more thankful of the love, care and excellent job you do with our Dog! Gus-Gus feels at home and is happy to come around! THANK YOU for all the care you do for our little boy!

My comment is regarding VCA (who owns them now) not this vet. I went to him many years ago and he was nice. People may not know that VCA is owed by Mars (as in the candy company). They are buying out all the established vet clinics because the vet owners want to retire and not many people can afford to purchase them. If you look carefully you'll also see that they are buying the pet medicine companies too! This is a big problem. They are becoming a monopoly. This is why all your vet visits are so expensive!!They call if their "business model". I have experienced this first hand at another VCA clinic. It is also making it hard for the vets who are employees. They can't really move offices because they are all the same. They also own Banfields, Blue Pearl, and pet food companies (Eukan
