We had the best experience with Dr. Zapata and the team! This was our first visit, and from the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zapata is truly amazing..so gentle, kind, and clearly a cat lover. She made Leo feel comfortable right away, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Leo absolutely loved her, which says everything! The vet tech, Kayla, was also wonderful/very knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire visit. She really knew what she was doing and made us feel at ease. Overall, such a great experience. We felt so well taken care of, and it means a lot to find a team you can trust with your pet. We will definitely be coming here from now on!

I recently rescued kittens in my garden and find out Ginger ( 1 kitten ) had a broken hip . After research I finally find help in VCA Hospital in Hollywood . Dr. Patrick Flynn stepped up to quickly help Ginger get the care he needed and kept him in the clinic , to prepare his surgery. The entire team and specially Carolina is so compassionate and caring - not to mention incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I am are so lucky i have find them ! I have going to VCA hospital for a long time. Dr Heins is the vet for all my dogs I had . I would like to thank her for time and care.On February 27, 2026 I had to rush my Dog Stanley to VCA they were very quick in taking him. Dr Heins was not in but Dr Young took over the situation. Stanley was going on 16 years, unfortunately pulmonary edema got him. It was hard to let him go but the staff and Dr Young made the process comfortable. Thank you

We had to bring our dog Ollie in for emergency surgery last week, and while the wait was longer than we expected, the care we received was truly excellent. It was clear the team was working through several very serious cases that night, and seeing how dedicated they were to helping the sickest pets first actually gave us a lot of confidence in the level of care they provide. The veterinarians and staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on with Ollie, what the treatment plan was, and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. Communication during a stressful situation like that means so much, and they really went above and beyond to keep us informed. We’re so grateful

Our dog Coco just passed away last Tuesday evening right before Thanksgiving. And VCA Hollywood Animal Hospital was able to help us out with the process of cremation for our dear girl. They were so helpful in that moment of sadness for us. Especially Jade Fernandez in the front desk. She was so helpful and so very sweet to us. And once we were able to retrieve Coco's ashes. The package was so beautiful and filled with very thoughtful notes that really touched us. Just wanted to say thanks to Jade and the rest of the team for being so amazing & so supportive when we had just lost our dear Coco.
