I’m extremely satisfied with this dog boarding service. From the very first day, I felt completely confident leaving my dog here. The environment is clean, safe, and calm, and the care provided goes far beyond basic boarding. Valerie is very attentive to individual needs, follows routines carefully, and keeps owners reassured that their pets are in good hands. My dog was well looked after, relaxed, and clearly felt comfortable during the stay. I really appreciated the attention, routine, and genuine care given to each dog. When I picked my dog up, I could see that he was happy and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog boarding service.

We left our dog for boarding for a week due to an urgent flight, and Valerie truly saved us. She came in outside of working hours and personally picked up our dog — we are so grateful for that! We received regular photo and video updates, and our dog was happy and well cared for. They also did grooming, and we picked up a clean, beautiful, and very happy pup. Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful for the wonderful care she provided for my dog, Billy! She was kind, attentive, and made sure he felt comfortable and loved the entire time. I received pictures everyday. He was also beautifully groomed and smelled so good at pickup! It’s clear they truly care about the animals they look after. Billy came home happy, clean, and wagging his tail — I couldn’t ask for better care. Highly recommend! 🐾

I was so grateful for Adrian’s care. He really took the time to understand my dog's needs and personality. I never worried when I was away since he communicated frequently on how my dog was doing with pictures, videos, and updates. My dog, Whiskey, loved him.

Great experience especially under the circumstances. I was suppose to leave my dog on the day after the historic flood we had Wednesday. With everything going on and all the streets being flooded the owner found a way to get to his place of business to be able to take care of the dogs he had there already and to take my dog in while we were away for a few days. We even scheduled a grooming session for our dog Mercy while we were there. Overall satisfied with services I was provided. Would go back again
