VCA Green Animal Hospital

Bella recently split a tooth & had a related double ear infection. It needed surgical intervention. Everyone here, from the reception staff, to the vet techs, and Dr Nortmann were fabulous! They gave me a care plan that made sense. There was no upselling or pressure to spend more money. They answered all of my questions. They seemed to genuinely care about my dog. I truly appreciate their care & highly recommend them! They also took a photo of her before the procedure & joked that we should put it on the fridge. Here's the pic

I just wanna say thank you guys for all of the great advice and service is done. They gave me two options with my dog when he has an inner ear infection and his back legs were not working. They got him on meds. He’s not 100% back to himself, but he is getting there. He has so much more energy today when yesterday I couldn’t even get him to wag his tail and today it’s just gone on 100 miles a minute that is him. He is trying so hard to get back to himself and I appreciate them so much.

Excellent service and always able to accommodate my needs with boarding. Thoughtful, considerate, and also accommodating to put up with both of my crazy dogs and worse cat. Thank you to everyone!!

Brought my cat in this place a few years back. She had been hit by a car and had fractured pelvis. They told us to get a case that we could keep her in during her recovery that would give her room to move around but not too much and leave her there overnight so they can keep an eye on her. I told them that she almost died from pain medication and anesthesia before and to go sparingly with it. So they call me at 4:00 in the morning and tell me if he's taking a turn for the worst, so they discontinued the PAIN PATCH AND THE PAIN MEDS IN HER IV. Wonder what part of it almost killed or they didn't understand? When I got there she was all but gone and the doctor tried to sell me some story about antifreeze poisoning. My dog used to go to another vet and she was very timid , ran from entering the facility and was very anxious. We switched to VCA and now she walks in and will go with any staff worker. She had a complete change with the positive environment and kindness!
