The Paw Spa

We've been going to the Paw Spa for a year and a half and just got back from another wonderful visit. Our 100 lb. Golden loves Alexis and is so excited to go see her. We were so impressed with Alexis's professionalism, skill, and caring heart that we followed her from another doggo salon. We highly recommend!!

Friendly staff, quick same day service and my Aussie, Terra, always comes back looking like the Belle of the ball. Alexis has been our groomer the past few times and is always friendly and explains what she did and why. I will continue to do business with the Paw Spa, best pet groomer in Uniontown and great pricing as well.

We took our dog to The Paw Spa this past summer in July of 2025. While we’d been to TPS before, this was our first appointment with the groomer Alexis, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. After the grooming, our dog came home with visible injuries — she had been razor burned and scraped on her anus, vulva, and belly (even some of her nipples were raw). She was in so much pain she couldn’t sit and just whimpered on the floor. We contacted the owner, Rachel, the very next day (before any infection had started), and she asked us to let her know what the vet said. Our veterinarian confirmed the injuries were from razor burn, noting a clear, straight pattern of damage. I called on February 25, 2026 at 2:15 pm. I was given an appt for Sat. March 7, 2026 st 10:00 am. When I got there the girls told me I didn't have an appt. I left. Then the owner called me and told me I missed my appt on February 2, 2026. I didn't even make an appointment for that day. In fact I was very sick in bed for almost the whole month of February. There was no was I made an appointment for February 2. I gave my phone records showing the dates and times I called the paw spa. They screwed up my appointment and lied to try an cover up their mistake. Plus the owner was extremely rude when she was talking to me. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business.

I was referred here by a shop in Alliance, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I took our severely matted old cat here to have her groomed. The cat had such bad matting that I wasn't sure anyone would be willing or able to help her. The lady was very friendly and did a great job for a fair price. I also really liked the friendly waiting room cat. Gave me someone to hangout with while I waited.
