Overpriced beyond any reasonable persons expectations. The doctors constantly try and push tests and labs you don’t need for things you didn’t ask about and then send in some tech with an iPad asking you to approve the charges. Today I came in for an ear infection and the doctor wanted to do a fecal exam? What? They wanted $1k on the original estimate and when I removed all the nonsense testing it was still $300+. My family calls this place the $500 club, maybe now it’s changed to the $1k club. Every single time I come here they recommend so many unnecessary things. Last time they didn’t even open his mouth and recommended a $5k dental cleaning, he gets his teeth cleaned by a vet semiannually for $200. Also the Rx costs here are borderline criminal. Very professional and knowledgeable with international travel health certificates. If you need to take your fur baby across the world, this is the place to go. It’s not cheap, but they are super reliable and attentive. Thank you for everything! Especially Anna-Laura.

Ms Howes is the most loving and caring vet I have ever interacted with. I have owned cats on and off my whole life (mom was an animal lover, I got my own pet immediately after moving out)…..and across all the states I’ve lived in, and all the vets (emergency and non) that I’ve had to visit, I’ll say that this woman stands out. She was so careful with handling my kitty, she didn’t stress him out, she explained things clearly to me, and made sure to keep the treatment on the thorough but economical side. I didn’t feel any upselling pressure, and because of that, I will definitely be booking an appointment for my other adopted kitty. This will be their regular vet now. Office is clean.
