I just wanted to shout out the amazing overnight team at FAH. I brought my cat in for an ultrasound with Dr. Winter - she gave me my results within minutes & had my cat hospitalized. The overnight team came in & the communication was amazing. Dr. Rider was on the phone with me after reviewing her file & we came to the same conclusion on treatment plans going forward. Unfortunately my girl didn’t have a great ending, and Dr. Rider allowed me to wait while surgery was being performed so that I could be there to say goodbye. Sara, Kat & Vanessa were all so caring & kept me in the loop the entire time. This hospital couldn’t run without its amazing swing & overnight staff.
I had to bring my girl Roxy in for a final goodbye. Staff was compassionate and understanding every step of the way. They laid down blankets with extra padding for her without even being asked. They gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and left a buzzer to ring for the vet when it was time to let her go. Cost for euthanasia and private cremation (with ashes returned to me) was about $480. Her cremains, paw print, and fur came in nice blue bag, her urn is a beautiful box inside a velvety bag. Thank you to the staff at Flannery.
Brought my cat Riley here Thursday10/23/2025 night by Friday morning they where suggesting euthanizing him because he had a rare disease. We we’re pushed away by them when we told them to look at his glucose levels and put him on insulin . They did not listen so we took him to another hospital in NJ and they treated him and he is still alive. I still feel so angry because these doctors mis diagnosed him and almost killed him.
I was recommended to this place because you pay a yearly fee and can take your pets here however much you want for free as long as you pay that annual fee. I’m tell you now that is not true. On top of that this is supposed to be a 24/7 hospital which usually means you can take pets here at any time you need even past 6pm that’s not true. They are very misleading when they tell you that they are 24/7 care. This is one of those big businesses that don’t really care for you or your pets and will drain your pockets. I brought in a 6 week old kitten, very energetic and seemed perfectly fine for her first ever appointment. They took her poop for a worm test and gave her a shot just in case she had worms. The test came out negative for worms so now I took her in at 10 weeks for her first vaccinat
I cannot express how thankful I am to the team at Flannery. Last week I had to heartbreakingly put my cat Charlie to sleep. Due to a severe unprovoked medical issue. From the moment we brought Charlie in at 2 AM to every interaction after that with their team, they were supportive, kind, and caring. Each one of their team members spoke to us as if Charlie was their own. We decided to go with a personal cremation package that was offered to us by their team and when we got Charlie back, we could not have been more happy. If you were ever in need emergency or not, this is the team you need to go to. Flannery team- My husband and I thank you for making one of the most difficult times of our lives a little less painful with all of your help.
