Pet Supplies Plus New Windsor (Vails Gate)

Brought my 11 week old puppy Trips in today for his first ever grooming. Everyone was great!!! Bridget took him and everything was excellent. He looked great. He smelled great. Best of all he was happy being there. Will definitely be bringing our boy back. Thank you!!!

We went in looking to possibly purchase 2 Parakeets. The selection was great. The assistance we received by Uzzi was amazing. He was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We ended up buying the 2 parakeets and will continue to frequent the store.

I had a good experience at this pet store, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Even though I couldn't find the exact type of filter for my fish tank the experience was great.

I am extremely impressed by the knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff in the fish and aquarium department. The selection is not the largest, but the staff is proactive and helpful in taking special order requests. I am so pleased with the staff that I would prefer to order here and wait a few days than shop at a big box fish store that has something on hand.
