Very Honest and thoughtful veterinarian. I take both my pets here and have had no issues. They always talk about the price and plan of care before commencing, so you know exactly how much you're spending and how much is involved in the care of your pets. On top of that, the quality of care is outstanding by everyone involved. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Over the last several years I’ve had to make one of the most devastating decisions as a grandfather, father, and husband has to make in their life, when is it time and humane to let your beautiful, beloved, and loyal member of the family go on to greener pastures!? You don’t want to let them go but when is it best for them though you selfishly want them to stay, when it was time to make that call Far country AH handled my Dogs and our devastated family with love a dignity and I can’t say how much I appreciate their bed side manner through the process both times! I’m forever grateful!

This was such a wonder, pleasant, easy experience. I was not able to get into my vet office with a last minute request due to traveling through Canada. They got me in the next day and made everything extremely easy and the staff was so incredibly wonderful and kind. They really took my pets nervousness with kindness and understanding. I had to get health certificates and microchips for them. They used lidocaine before administering the microchips which help immensely. Absolutely LOVE VCA Far country. The vets and vet assistants are incredible and top notch! As long as I live in Alaska I will be bringing my pets here!

Yall are literally a hospital. You could afford to tip your uber deliveries. The deliver payment didn’t even equal the gas I spent to get here and before yall say I shouldn’t have taken the order Walmart snuck their cheap business in with another order 😒
