Dr. Clinton and the team were pivotal in helping us say goodbye to our little girl IVY earlier this week. Ivy was and will always be our little girl that gave us so much of herself and we know in our hearts she is playing ball and eating Salmon upon request from God! I was absolutely blown away by the service at Susitna Urgent Care. From the moment I called with my pet emergency to the end of our visit, everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The service was fast and friendly, and our entire urgent care visit was under an hour—which was hugely appreciated compared to other options in the valley & getting there around 8:50pm they still welcomed us! They quickly found the short rib my dog had swallowed with an X-ray, clearly explained my options, and thankfully were able to safely get it up with induced vomiting. I have never been so thankful or relieved. The level of care, efficiency, and compassion they showed toward my pet was truly exceptional. Could not have had a better experience! Our dog was squinting her eye after a hike through the woods, after flushing it and no relief over 24 hours we decided to bring her in. We filled out the registration paperwork online, called ahead and when we got there, they got us back quickly. All the staff was friendly and inviting. The vet was thorough, and costs were discussed throughout the visit. We left with eye drops in hand, and an itemized list of services in a very timely fashion, and it was far more affordable than I had anticipated! We are so appreciative to have such a great urgent care vet service in the Valley!

I love these doctors, they take the best care of my animals. Whether it’s routine vaccinations or a run in with a porcupine, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And now with this great new facility the experience is even better. There is no place else I trust more with my pets!

I was at this brand new, amazing facility this week! It is a very warm and welcoming place. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I met the veterinarians and they are so compassionate and easy to work with. They completely understand that our pets are part of our family and so important to us. Susitna Animal Urgent Care is definitely a state of the art facility. It is clean, inviting, and well run. I will definitely be bringing my pets back here if the need arises.
