Buz, my senior diabetic cat, saw Dr. Song today to establish care, and I wanted to express our gratitude. Dr. Song was incredibly informative and thoughtful in explaining his diabetes and what we can do to improve his management. Buz has struggled to stay well controlled since his diagnosis two years ago, and since we adopted him a year ago, this was the first appointment where we truly felt a doctor was deeply invested in helping us get his diabetes under control. Dr. Song took the time to educate us, answer our questions, and create a clear plan moving forward. It gave us so much hope and confidence that Buz is finally in the right hands. Thank you, Dr. Song, for your care, compassion, and dedication to helping Buz live a healthier life! We’re so grateful and excited for what’s ahead!

Thank you for anyways taking amazing care of my sweet boy Clyde all these years. Every nurse & vet he has seen here has an amazing attitude, is super sweet & wonderful to him, maintains his excellent health with regular exams, vaccs & preventative medication, & gives me peace of mind who treats him. It is consistently superb care 🖤

Great calm, caring, gentle place and staff. You can get payment plans, vet insurance, autoscheduled care, etc. Found a lost cat, so took him in for care, after verifying no chip or way to identify who he belonged to. The vet examined and gave input on his state of health, probable age, and recommended treatment plan, all expenses clearly printed out and gone over. No pressure, just info and recommendations. Not all needs done immediately or at once. They chipped him, numbing the spot first so as to make it as least uncomfortable as possible, vaccinated him, trimmed nails.

I've taken my cat Rambo here a couple times, and we also used to take our rabbit here when he was still alive. The staff has always been very kind, understanding, and patient, both with us pet parents and our pets. The doctor was informative about her concerns with our kitty (he's an older guy, about 14, so starting to hit health issues). All of the staff were great about taking care to make the appointment as stress free as possible for Rambo. Lots of treats, mellow voices, and having me help when possible for holding him in place so as to not freak him out with a bunch of new random people grabbing him. My only complaint is how expensive it was, but I understand that we needed to run some extra tests that are more spendy. The vet assistant was patient with me when I asked her to break do

Great care and always very professional. Take all my animals here. Unfortunately I had to put my cat down a few years ago. They were so caring and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. Even down the doctor administering the The euthanasia medication very discreetly. We had as much time as we needed to be 100% ready. The doctor was so calm and comforting. She had the medicine hidden in a pocket. When it was time, she administered the medicine in a way that basically hid it from our view. Such a small detail, but a huge deal. About 14 years ago I had to put my sick dog down at a different office. That vet came in a slapped a couple syringes of colored medicine right on the counter next to my dog. Didn't make any effort to do it discreetly. Pretty much just jab the syringes, in adminis
