VCA Dog and Cat Hospital of Tiffin

On October 20, I had to put down a piece of my heart. The staff were not only kind, but they shared in my grief. Dr. Burger was kind, caring and compassionate throughout the whole process- giving my son and I all the time we needed with Marley before and after. VCA is where I’ve taken my two dogs since they were puppies, and I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone there is absolutely amazing.

Love this place! Dr is thorough, staff is attentive. After a few regular visits, they’ve definitely become familiar with my dogs personality and quirks (requires quite a bit of extra handling) and have been more than happy to accommodate all of our more challenging requirements. My pup even has a bestie over there which he always lights up when seeing (he actually gets his excitement shivers whenever he sees her). So they are definitely dog approved as well.

Great place to take your pets, they were very attentive, respectful, and just all around wonderful. Super gentle and friendly when it came to my cat. Couldn’t ask for a better vet for my pets.

We had a kitten that was dumped out in front of our house on a State Route. Someone found her on the road and barely alive. Her head had a bald spot from getting hit or sliding down the road, she was bleeding from her nose and eye. Breathing shallow and fast. Thinking it was ours they brought it to the house and rang the doorbell. I listened to her lungs and they were surprisingly clear and I thought she might have a chance. Long story short VCA Tiffin accepted her late on a Friday afternoon and did their best. Pain meds IV fluids and steroids etc. One of the vet techs took her home to keep an eye on her over the weekend. She survived and we picked her up that Monday, she's been home for 5 days now. I would guess she is only 7-8 weeks old and my wife and step daughter have her all bathed

Wonderful staff and wonderful vet! So very friendly and kind made my shy anxious girl feel welcome she actually allowed them to hold her and help her. She never lets anyone really touch her she's so shy. 100% would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Going to sign up for their Care club plans for my babies as soon as I get paid!
