Don knows his stuff! I wholeheartedly recommend his dogs. Our pup has been nothing but friendly, happy, confident and fiercely intelligent. Don takes the time to go through all medical information in addition to general information about the dogs at the time of pick-up. His level of dedication and care is immediately apparent.

Don was a fantastic person to deal with when purchasing our beagle Quinn. He was knowledgeable and very informative and spent almost an hour going over everything. He showed us the parents and we were totally impressed with the operation. Quinn had his first vet appointment and after checking him out we were told he was a specimen of health and that the breeder that we got him from has very healthy puppies. We would recommend Don to anyone looking for that new addition to the family.

Don Hunter is an excellent dog breeder of English Springer Spaniels. He provides excellent care to his dogs. One of his dogs needed life saving surgery and Don took him to the best veterinary hospitals in Ohio to get the best care possible. Albert made it through surgery and well on his way to being back in the field hunting up birds.

Very happy with our Springer from Don. He met with us to discuss training for the breed, and provided field training supplies. He has so much knowledge and cares about the welfare of his dogs. He encourages buyers to reach out to him or even return dogs at any time, no questions asked, if they have issues with proper care or training. We’ve had our guy for a year now and he is happy, healthy, and quick to train. Would recommend Don anytime!

Mr. Hunter is fantastic! I purchased an English Springer spaniel from him and couldn't have asked for better service. He is very knowledgeable and can answer just about any question you may have.
