VCA Delaware Valley Animal Hospital

VCA has to be one of the most compassionate Veterinary Office ever. Everyone there wants the same thing you want, for your pet to be healthy and safe. My cat went in for a cleaning. They knew I was a total wreck over the surgery. Everyone in the office, especially Rihanna, walked me thru every single step. Called me early to let me know my baby was recovering nicely. Dr. Otto just as amazing!!! We have been there for over eleven years. I can not imagine going anywhere else, just because of the staff. They are truly amazing.

VCA Delaware Animal Hospital were do I begin, this location has been assisting my cat Cal since he was 1. They are so compassionate and caring here and you don’t come across a place like that quite often. Yesterday at 8yrs old I had to put my best friend down due to cancer knowing you are heard and valued meant the world to me especially what I had to go through with letting Cal go. Rhianna turned such an awful process into a very peaceful relaxing experience for Cal and for me she also has been assisting Cal his whole life so she knew him and his back story. She let me take as much time as I wanted told me the process and even was so compassionate and comforting with me too something I needed because I was an absolute emotional wreck. My cat Eli was sick and Dr. Ramirez helped me and she was amazing with Eli and the staff was wonderful and it is a beautiful establishment.
