Honestly, I would’ve felt remiss not to share this experience, because the level of care we received truly deserves to be recognized. The outcome just totally blew way beyond what I thought was even “the best-case scenario”, no exaggerations! And legit i just can’t say enough good things about this place & their veterinary team🤗 I recently had two of my cats experiencing serious constipation and discomfort and was extremely worried. The staff got them in quickly, performed the necessary x-rays and treatment, and handled them with genuine care & concern that goes hand-in-hand with compassionate care.(which seems so hard to come across in general?!.. I’ve visited Pets Furst three times now and specifically saw Dr. Colmer each time. He is kind, understanding, and truly trusts owners who know their pets best. As someone with a mild disability that affects my speech, I often feel judged or ignored at other places, but Dr. Colmer treated me with total respect. 1. Caramel (Cat): My cat has chronic URI issues that my regular vet couldn't solve without an expensive specialist. Dr. Colmer didn't try to "upsell" me; he acknowledged the specialist need but immediately provided a maintenance plan to manage the symptoms. Caramel is doing so much better! 2. The service here is truly extraordinary. From the front desk staff, Ariel and Amy, to the tech Cailey and Dr. Jonas, everyone has been consistently kind, supportive, and helpful. I’ve been coming to this urgent care for the past two years, and they’ve always provided honest feedback, fast service, and exceptional care for my baby. The facility is always spotless and well-maintained. I wouldn’t choose any other urgent care. ❤️

I had a scare with my Olive who ate something she shouldnt have. Id never been there but heard good things. I walk in to see a warm familiar face in Andrea and the entire staff, including Tommi were so amazing. Im so grateful we have this place as an alternative. Amazing and reasonably priced might I add.
