VCA Coral Animal Hospital

I have been coming since I was 18 and now I’m 33. Yes I appreciate all the doctors over the years. I wanted to recognize Christina, she has been with them for 12 years now! All those years she has always been joyful, caring for the people and their animals! You never know what someone is going through when they bring their pets into the vet. She has the best customer service I have ever seen! Thank you again for all you have done and never lose what you have! Thank you!!

They do not respond to prescription requests from Chewy. I can't get through to them and Chewy can't either. You need to leave a voicemail for the pharmacy which takes 24-48 hours for a response and they are not there weekends. I have had to chase the last three refills for my two pets and I have had it. Obviously they want you to use their pharmacy instead of a third-party; my requests to them always elicit a semi-slur about how you don't know what you're getting with third parties. This used to be a good practice but they got "corporate" and now they are zeroed in on the almighty dollar. I have used them for several years; their staff turns over a bit as well but that is somewhat to be expected. But their website words about customer first -- at least as far as the meds refills go -- ar

My little girl was not feeling so well. Everyone we met was just the sweetest person with her. The doctor broke everything down for us and took great care of her. She seems to be feeling much better already. We will definitely be back.

Every time Sunshine and I see the people at VCA, everyone is smiling and so friendly. It really makes it easier on me and my baby. Today, we had the pleasure of having Laura for the tech. Laura is absolutely wonderful and very informative. Dr. Dave saw Sunshine today. He is terrific, and explains things so well. Fantastic Doctor! When leaving, Christina checked us out and was very sweet and kind. Sunshine and I have to return Friday for more tests. Thank you everyone and see you soon!

Disappointing groom completed, they offered to try to fix a week later but were unable to do anything once we arrived. pictures which they asked for were scrutinized and got defensive about when we pointed out that no change was made to his coat. (Didnt even look like the groomer attempted to shave) Tried giving us the run around that they weren’t trained to do a Simple buzz cut/ shave. Refund was reluctantly obtained after some calls and we were told not to come back.
