I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! This is the only place within a hundred mile radius from me that treats birds and I'm so happy that I found them. Dr. McConkey is fantastic! She was so helpful in helping get my little Georgie to feeling better. She was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. Her vet assistants and the office staff are wonderful too! It's so reassuring to know there is an office like this around.

This is by far the absolute best place to bring your animal/pet/family member. The staff is the most friendliest, hard working, and honest around. I drive 45 minutes to bring my dogs to see Dr. McConkey and if she was 2 hours away I would still see her. They genuinely treat your pet as their own. Their care and professionalism is easily seen and felt. No stone is unturned with this crew. Thank you for all you have done for all of us.

I took in my timneh african grey and parakeet for routine care and Dr.McConkey was amazing! She was very thorough, confident handling a very cranky parrot, and explained everything to me in detail. My grey was alot calmer with her than he normally is when he gets an exam. Will continue to bring my babies here.

Literally the best vet I could ask for. Both my holland lops have been neutered here, they are great at what they do and truly care about every animal that comes in their facility. They are thorough in explaining things, they don’t leave you in the dark and they prioritize your pet! 10/10 would recommend.
