VCA Callfield Animal Hospital

A couple of weeks ago I lost my pup, Merele Bug. She passed very suddenly. VCA on Callfield did everything they could. Through the entire process they were kind and caring. They even cried with me when it happened. They set up her cremation and helped make sure her box and plaque were exactly how we wanted it. Today we were surprised with a very touching condolence card from them with a card stock imprint of her nose and paws for us to keep. They've been the absolute best vet office I've ever dealt with and I'll continue to use them in the future. Thank you to all the workers who helped us through this time your kind words and attentive nature's provided a bright spot in the darkest of times.

I just love going in to VCA Animal Hospital with my dogs . The girls at the front desk greet you with their smiling faces. The appointment times are fast. My dogs don't get too nervous. The Vets are very thorough and explain everything with you that they are doing. Until just the last few weeks my daughter and I had 5 dogs between us. We each lost one of our fur babies to cancer. Everyone there at the hospital made our decision to put our dog down as easy as possible. Appointments on time in a calm waiting room, and the best Vets. So glad we moved our dogs to VCA.

Amelia is not fond of doctor appointments but loves seeing Dr. Donna Bruce! She is very compassionate with her practice and is always patient with my baby… even letting Amelia sit at her desk post surgery when she needed extra love. We have had excellent care from general checkups to surgical. From the smiling faces at the front desk to the techs in the treatment rooms, you are sure to have a good experience.

I have taken my cats here since July and every time the staff has been extremely thorough and kind! My cats enjoy going because they know they’re going to get attention. I even had a flat one time and the staff helped me change the tire.

I love this vet clinic. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Plus, having an appointment makes it so much easier than walking into a full waiting room with a bunch of other animals (which stresses your pet out) is not fun, with an appropriate, you walk right in.
