Pet Supplies Plus Wichita Falls

I love this place. Have taken my pup twice to have nails done and they did a fantastic job. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped me find a dog food for both of my dogs to help maintain a healthy weight and longer lives. Definitely has become my go to place for my pets versus the other store I used to go to.

Monica did an amazing job grooming my dogs! Bear is an Australian Shepherd and can be pretty timid with water, but he always seems to do great with her which says a lot about how patient and good she is with the dogs. My other dog, Sister (a Border Collie/Kelpie mix), came back looking incredible, she literally looks 20 lbs lighter after getting all that extra fluff out! Both of them looked and smelled amazing when I picked them up. You can tell Monica really cares and takes her time to do a great job. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love the new Pets Plus store and concept here in Wichita Falls. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help in any way they can. It’s rare these days to be genuinely greeted the moment you walk in, and that welcoming atmosphere really stands out. The store is extremely clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. The grooming services and pet washing stations are awesome and very convenient. Pets Plus WF is definitely our new favorite pet store, and we will absolutely be back!

I cannot say enough positive things about this store! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have even helped me carry heavy items to my car! The coupons and sales are great. They always have an area to take pictures with your pets. The animals there appear calm and well cared for. The store is clean and well organized. They are supportive of local animal rescues and the local community in general. I look forward to going in to look around or shop for my pet supplies. It has a warm small town feel rather than a cold corporate feel. I recommend it to everyone.

Had a great experience. Took our baby pup up there to get her first cut and she was so precious afterwards. The selection is amazing, the sales are great and they match prices. We spent too much time up there. My autistic son got to pet a ferret and a bird. And we played with the cats. Definitely will be back. My whole family talked about going back on the ride home.
