VCA California Veterinary Specialists-Murrieta

We were referred to VCA after our precious Rottweiler, Bruno fell extremely ill and his debilitating symptoms worsened aggressively and quickly. We made an appt with internal medicine. Unfortunately, it was devastating news and we had to give him his heavenly angel wings. The Dr and techs were AMAZING. They were kind and compassionate and full of grace. 2 days later, still full of grief, a beautiful unexpected plant arrived at my door offering their love, support and condolences. It was needed more than I knew. From the bottom of my heart, I would recommend everyone to take their beloved furry family members to them! They will be in the best hands with a staff that clearly has a heart, talent, knowledge and wisdom for all your pets needs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ S/O IRLANDA I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and compassion we experienced here. We found three abandoned baby kittens in a parking lot with severe eye infections—one of them had a very badly swollen eye and clearly needed urgent care. We had already called two other places that turned us away, so we were starting to feel hopeless. When we called here, they immediately told us to bring the kittens in and helped us check them in as Good Samaritans so they could receive medical attention. The staff treated the situation with real care and urgency, and it meant so much knowing the kittens were finally in safe hands. Outstanding customer service and amazing treatment of my dog! My 4-year-old Shepard mix named Hank hurt his rear hip / leg. He was in tremendous pain and in need of help. The staff provided pain medicine and a sedative to him very quickly. Staff kept me updated on his condition and the recommended treatment and tests, Hank is now home and doing great. Every employee was kind and compassionate. I called a few days later to ask a question related to his medication and healing, they remembered hank and were willing to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this facility

NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE. This place let my dog die. Took her into their ER, $400 and 6 hours later for them to only do a urine test. They told us it would be $3,000 to keep her overnight and give her a bag of fluids. Vet said she is fine to go home and she wasn’t sick, they refused to draw blood labs. My 3 year old dog died later the next day from sepsis.
