Customer Reviews
Receptionist very quick to speak over you while you're trying to describe what's going on. Not only will you have to fight to speak, but she'll also act like it's the world's biggest inconvenience she's doing her job. Honestly awful customer service, glad I didn't end up bringing my dog back here. Just go somewhere else, someone will be willing to actually listen to the issues your dog is having and will actually show you empathy. As if my dog having health issues didn't have me feeling bad enough, the receptionist made sure to get the job done. Maybe prioritize customer service and training your employees to be empathetic and active listeners??
This animal hospital has always been sincerely dedicated to our pets and out needs. The doctors and vet techs are caring and professional, prompt, and speak frankly and fairly about their practices, diagnoses, and costs. Just as you stick with your MD when you find great one, we will always take our pets here for their health needs.
We bring all 5 of our special cat babies here. 1 of which is special needs. Everyone in the staff is really friendly and make our cats feel very welcome. Definitely recomend.
I live an hour from VCA Brown, but still take all my cats here for non-basic appointments. Vaccines and annual blood draw I get done at a vet clinic closer, but I’ve been disappointed by them sometimes. VCA Brown does any/all surgeries and actual concerns, because they’ve shown themselves to be detail-oriented, thorough, and knowledgeable. They take great care and time addressing all my concerns. Thank you!
Been going here for years with my pets, and just yesterday found out they’ve been putting a muzzle on my dog while in the back. They’ve asked many times if she needs it, and the answer has always been no. She has never once gotten aggressive or bitten anyone. She is a very anxious dog and already has to take anxiety meds to go to the vet. She always leaves shaky and scared, and now I know why. They’ve never said she’s gotten aggressive with them, growled, or tried to bite anyone at the vet or anywhere. The muzzle is just extremely unnecessary and scary for her. I also don’t understand why i’m just now finding out they’ve been doing this to her.
