Happy Tails Pet Resort and Spa

We have our poodle play at Happy Tails! What we love is the cleanliness of the building, the indoor splash pool, the loving care each animal receives, the focus on health and safety and the flexibility. Our poodle likes to lounge at home in the morning, so she usually goes for a half day (1-6pm). There are days when she will go the full day, and we can decide that morning. We don’t need to schedule “daycare days”; we just need to drop her off when we feel she needs to play with her buddies! The full day and half day rates are great! Heather, Donna and all the staff are terrific! Today, Charly was there for a full day! She is tired!!

Other reviews have gone over the owners’ poor customer service and breed restrictions, so I’ll just mention that the owners’ arrogant and rude attitude also extends to how they treat their staff. The staff members caring for your dogs are not paid fairly or treated with respect. This is not a healthy workplace. Plus, the dog care is pretty basic — it’s just your run-of-the-mill boarding kennel, not a resort or a spa. I encourage you to take your money elsewhere.

Our pup loves his time at Happy Tails! We are always greeted with friendly staff and our dog’s excitement leaves us feeling comfortable knowing he’s happy and in great care. The facility is spotless and I’m always impressed by the lack of the stinky pet smell in the lobby! If you’re looking for a great place for your dog to burn off some energy, socialize with other dogs and be cared for by great staff, I highly recommend Happy Tails Per Resort & Spa!

Our pup, Izzy, loves her play dates at Happy Tails! She gets excited when we tell her she’s going and is relaxed and - Happy😁 - when she gets home. The staff is kind, caring, and attuned to Izzy’s personality and habits. The setting is clean, welcoming, and designed well. We are grateful to have Happy Tails in the community - Thank You for enriching the life of our 4-footed family member! 🐾♥️🐾

My Wife and I love Happy Tails! We have a 3-year-old pup named Kirby and he loves when we take him here! The staff has always been so friendly and welcoming! I would recommend everyone take their fur babies here for day care or boarding. They have realistic prices and keep a very clean facility. On vacation we are able to board Kirby along with our two cats knowing they all will be in good hands!
