The staff are genuine loving people and made my experience comfortable. Dr.Robinson is very kind and has sincerity in his heart. My sweet Sassy was not feeling well and unfortunately it was time for her to go, they kindly explained the procedure and was there for me and Sassy every step of the way. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr.Robinson. They are all so amazing!

We love this hospital! We always feel taken care of. We used to live very close, and now we live 30 minutes away, and we still drive to this vet office! The staff are wonderful. The receptionist helped us by entertaining our daughter while we were going through a tough time with our dog. The vet was so kind and patient (as he always is) while we made our tough decision. We still have another dog, and we will continue to drive here. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

love this hospital! All the doctors are so great with my aloof Aussie . Dr Bauman & Dr Hall are amazing when it comes to a dog like him. Dr Bauman gets on a more personal level with him and comes with such a gentle approach that eases the stress. Dr Hall gives playful vibes that my dog loves! Given our history with previous vets, it’s so great to find a great team of veterinarians and technicians that come to my boy with such a gentle approach and of course some good snacks to make a quick friend!! They really do all they can to ensure the best care for your pet, especially when you have a pet who gets random GI upset, knowing I can count on the ladies at the front & the doctors to help squeeze me in and get my meds ready in a timely manner. Dr. Hall and his team were amazing and professional with trying to figure out my parrot's symptoms. Unfortunately, with birds they hide their symptoms very well because of their natural history of being a prey animal in the wild. Kiwi was approximately 25 years old, average age for an Eclectus parrot in human care is 30 years old. Kiwi was most likely not sick but slowly regressing due to old age. Dr. Hall and his team were very professional when it came to the time to say goodbye to my best friend of 25 years...I want to shout out to the vet technicians that came back to the room to check up on me and my family as I was saying the hard goodbye to Kiwi after he passed. It was probably the hardest thing I had done in my life and the empathy of the vet technicians was greatly appreciated. I
