Elizabeth - a “client service representative” posted disparaging remarks about the loss of dogs to Librela on a support page dedicated to helping people with pets suffering from serious adverse reactions to the product. It doesn’t seem to be enough for her that the members have pets that experienced unimaginable trauma and death…but now a person who supposedly has had “a love of animals since she was little” is compounding the grief pet owners (who also have loved animals since they were little) are experiencing. Baywood and VCA…is this how you treat clients and fellow “animal lovers?” Attached is a photo of my own dog as she lay dying from the horrific consequences of Librela. Seizing, soiling herself, paralyzed, and crying out in pain and confusion. Liz…does she look like she’s doing

VCA Baywood helped us with a very difficult decision about the care of our beloved dog. Dr. Mitchell was very caring and knowledgeable and gave us her experiences and time to make the right decision.

Avoid at all cost!!!! go to a small mom and pop vet. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to care for your animal. Disgusting experience to say the least. Don’t get fooled by their Insurance pitch either. RUN!

I visited this VCA location today for the first time. I had extreme anxiety about coming in because it was our first vet visit since we had to put our other dog down. The team there is very kind, unwaveringly patient and so helpful. The manager, Kayla, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The vet we saw was Dr. Baumgart - he was very patient, thorough and as helpful as could be. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders this visit and I’ve definitely found my new vet!

Super friendly & professional staff, they have been taking care of our Duke since he was a baby, he’s growing up beautiful & healthy as ever! Thanks to the staff for always helping me right away with any concerns I’ve had, they are wonderful here! :-)
