VCA All Pet Animal Hospital/Taylorsville

We are so incredibly grateful to have found this vet office. From the moment we walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring toward my babies. You can truly feel the compassion and love they have for animals, and that means everything to us as pet parents. After trying so many vets and switching offices because we never felt truly welcome, finding this place has been such a relief. The staff always takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make both us and our dogs feel comfortable and cared for. My dogs are treated like family here, and that’s something we haven’t experienced elsewhere. We are beyond glad we found this team and wouldn’t trust our pets’ care with anyone else. My Maltipoo needed medical care ASAP! I searched the Internet for any local Vet in my area and they were all booked! A visit to the ER- Vet is too expensive. I came across VCA the all pet vet care in Taylorsville, Ut. I spoke with Maddie and made a same day appointment! Dr. Neville & Staff answered all of my questions and concerns. My dog had ear infections in both ears, skin allergies and possibly a Foxtail stuck in her ear. Dr. Neville scheduled next day Treatment Procedure (sedation) to clean out & check her ears. Dropping off my dog and picking her up before & after the procedure was easy! The Treatment procedure went well! No Foxtails!! My Maltipoo is recovering great after only one week! I had appointment today with my dog. Me and my siblings felt a little uncomfortable unfortunately I saw a couple of girls whispering among each other I believe the girl with the glass her name is Randi she was whispering with another girl its just rude and disrespectful. I feel like she was whispering about us I just feel bad for the poor girl that was working close to them. I hope it doesn't hurt her feelings seeing that.

First, I’ve been to 2 other VCA. Clinic and Emergency and both have been amazing, very upfront and felt taken care of… This location or maybe just the vet I saw was bad. 97$ to tell me my cat had a hairball after giving specifics on condition, medicine, and that my cat couldn’t even hold her own body up, to then be told 30 minutes AFTER my appointment, my cat needed x rays. A quote of which was 600$. Another clinic charged me 33% less for an office visit and 50% less for x rays. This location seems… bad. I’d recommend ANY OTHER VCA location. Avoid.

My kitty had to have teeth pulled recently so we drove him out to Taylorsville from Tooele (we had a bad experience with the local vet) and I am so glad we did! They were so sweet to my cat and made the experience better for both of us!
