Had to unexpectedly put our sweet boy to sleep. They had availability for us (my husband was coming from elko and other vets wouldnt have time to do it before they closed) the room was perfect. Soft sounds and treats for the dogs along with a soft bed for him to lay down on instead of a metal table. They gave us options on urns and paw prints. Staff was sympathetic and kind. He went peacefully with both my husband and I by his side.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet Tinkerbell, our 14-year-old chihuahua, much more suddenly than we ever expected. The entire staff and veterinarian were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate during such a heartbreaking moment. Even with the short amount of time we had, they treated Tinkerbell with such care and dignity and made sure she was comfortable and no longer in pain. We are so grateful for the gentleness and support they showed our family during one of the hardest days we’ve had. Thank you for taking such loving care of Tinkerbell.

I cannot express how much gratitude I have for the help that I got from the staff at this Vet Urgent care!! Me and my daughter had adopted a rescue cat and 2 days later she was in very bad shape. I scheduled an appointment online at 9 pm, but after talking to them on the phone they said to bring her in right away because she was having difficulties breathing. When we showed up they took her back right away and put her on oxygen and an iv. Unfortunately our new kitty was in very bad shape and we had to end her life. Everyone at the clinic was amazing though! They gave me and my daughter peace of mind by reassuring us that we did not do anything wrong... my daughter really needed to hear that! Our wait was long, but it was worth it. Dr Babcock and her tech Kat was so good with our sick dog. They took their time and discussed every issue he had, and discussed all of our options. Dr Babcock even called the next day to check on our little gruben, who is doing better thanks to her treatment. Thanks so much for taking care of our little guy. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Dr Babcock and Kat, it was worth the wait.

The staff at Urgent Vet is by far the kindest, most efficient I have come across in all my years with pet care. My sweet Lexi crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly and they took such great care of both of us. Summer was genuinely sympathetic and never made me feel rushed to let go when dropping her off for cremation services. Days later I found a small kitten under my car with a bad eye and took him straight back to Urgent Vet where they made sure he wouldn’t lose his eye even after telling them I had little funds to pay. Their main concern was for the kitten. I love the staff Nd services provided at Urgent Vet and will always come back to them when I need care for my sweet fur babies .
