I had an excellent experience with our puppy’s first grooming, thanks to Au. She was gentle, patient, and made our puppy feel comfortable right away. Au explained everything, handled her with great care, and the results were amazing - she looked adorable and was calm and happy when I picked her up. Our groomer started here a few months ago but today was our first visit with Vanity Fur and we are so in love with all the ladies here. Bella loves Ms. Alicia but she got so many extra hugs from the other ladies today.

We recently moved to Florida from Pennsylvania and tried several different groomers..and Vanity Fur is by far the Best! My two mini huskies absolutely LOVE coming here, they do an amazing job every single time!! We typically get the mini groom with de-shedding..which lasts about 5-6 weeks between visits.♡

Dropped my two dogs off. One for a bath and nail cut. The other for a full groom, cut, nail trim. Wu came out and asked me how I would like my fluffy boy cut and I told her short everywhere except his tail and to trim his ears a little. She did exactly what I wanted for him and he looked so good. My short haired girl smelled good and her coat was so shiny after her bath. They were both relaxed at pick up and that tells me they were treated wonderfully! We will be back!!

My appointment for my 7 lb. dog was at 1 pm. It usually takes 2 hours, I stopped in at 3 hours, and was told it would be another hour. 4 Hours, unacceptable. I asked why it was taking so long, she was double booked, and was trimming the other dog. Took 3 hours just for a bath. We left, will not go back. 😡
