The vet techs front counter and especially Dr. Holtzclaw who has had to face enormous challenges with my one female German shepherd named Akasha who has broke the same leg in different places two times with multiple fractured and a real hate for being put under and going to the vet. He handles her with genuine care and gave real unfiltered but loving advice on how to manage her in the future if he couldn't save her from herself with the leg (btw he did). He's fixed my male care rescues he's also just given general care as their vet and I couldn't be happier with the entire staff there. Best vet in Greenville and I've shopped around before finding them.b

The parking lot is pristine—plenty of room to maneuver the ol’ minivan without having to do a twelve-point turn. That’s a major plus. The lobby, or as I call it, the “pre-flight checklist area,” was cleaner than my garage after my wife gives me “the look.” Not a stray fur tumbleweed in sight! The restrooms? Best Vet we have ever used. Dr. Holtzclaw is very knowledgeable. He treats our dog with respect. Always on time answers all questions outstanding practice. Everyone is friendly. Knows our dogs name. Cannot say enough good things about this practice

This clinic charges excessively above market rate. • Spay: nearly triple the market rate. • Visit Deposits: also nearly triple the market rate. When our Rottweiler lightly injured her paw, we called to schedule an appointment. The receptionist initially said there was plenty of availability — until we mentioned how the injury occurred. At that point, we were told we’d need to pay an extra $250 “emergency” fee, even though they had multiple same-day appointments available. We declined the upcharge and scheduled a normal appointment. Shortly after, the veterinarian left a voicemail insisting we come in an hour earlier, warning that waiting could be “incredibly dangerous” — a statement that felt more like pressure than medical necessity. In short: this clinic operates with inflated pricing
