I cannot say enough nice things about this office. We have a very naughty boy who constantly eats things he shouldn’t and they’ve always taken good care of him. Dr. Leonard always listens to my concerns even if I sound like a paranoid cat mom. She even went through his x-ray with me at one of his appointments and explained all the ins and outs. They always call to check in after his appointments. They understand how valuable pets are to people and truly treat them like family.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Would highly recommend. They love animals and made it as painless as possible for our dog. He had a great time getting all his vaccines! Our vet spent a lot of time chatting with us and answering all our questions.

We cannot even begin to thank Dr. Leonard and everyone at East Greenville Animal Hospital for helping our sweet boy Whiskey get better. We had went to another Vet and they didn’t really help him.. just gave a “diagnosis” and sent us on our way. It just didn’t feel right and he kept declining and getting worse. We decided to take Whiskey to East Greenville and they were so caring and even though we couldn’t find exactly what was causing our little guy to quit eating.. they continued to help get him on the mend and gave us something to help him get his appetite back after almost a week of not eating. They saved his life and we are forever thankful and so so appreciative! They have called to check on him and make sure he is improving and that means a lot to us! ❤️ if you are looking for a vet

I came in due to a mass on my 2 year old. They explained what it could be. Showed me that if they did surgery what would need to be taken out, making sure they have a clean boarder. She even drew it out for me, so I could have a better understanding . She told me to be prepared for the worst, which I respect, even though I did not want to hear that. She has called me since then, explaining the next steps herself. You can tell she has Mercy’s best interests at heart.

Everyone here is so great from the front desk to the techs to the drs. We had a very unfortunate circumstance with one of our Goldens and they were so supportive and helpful throughout , and sent the sweetest personalized card after she passed. Our other golden currently has a broken toe and is a challenge to manage but they have been wonderful . Dr Leonard called at 6:30 last night to check on him. When is the last time you received this level of care from your people doctor? Dr Leonard and east greenville are the best!
