They will test fecal samples to tell you what parasites your animals have. They have even helped me by suggesting treatment for simple or common issues based on pictures and a description of symptoms, without the cost of a farm visit for a minor illness. They keep a store where I can purchase the same medications and equipment the vets are using. This, combined with the way they freely share information and seem to love to teach, means that I can call the vet once for a problem, then never have to again because I will know how to spot the symptoms and how to treat it.
