Excellent vet hospital with great doctor and staff!!! I was very happy with my experience here. I took a cat to see Dr Natasha and I felt her kindnees and excellent way with animals shine through. She is a rare doctor who is not only techinically sharp but has a really friendly personality. I also appreciated all of the young ladies who work in the office as administration or in operations. They were very kind towards my cat and explained every step iof the visit fully. They all had really friendly and warm personalities toward me and my cat. They are organized, compassionate, and have very reasonable prices. This is that hometown type of vet clinic that makes you feel comfortble to visit. What a gem!

We were so pleased with the staff and doctor at Valley Center Veterinarian. We took our new rescue puppy and he actually went up to the doctor, who sat at his level, and put his paws on her shoulders like he was hugging her. She has amazing customer service, the app is a wonderful service and follow up by she and her staff is top notch.

I am so happy with the care my pup received last week. The entire team was wonderful to work with and addressed all my needs during my visit. Dr. Clarke is the most approachable and compassionate vet that I have ever worked with. I appreciate the time she spends with me to review my pet's health and treatment plan. I could not be happier with her care and diagnostics for all my pets.

The staff is super friendly and the Doctors take the time to explain the situation with your pet in depth and in a very empathetic manner. Used to go to countryside but didn’t feel important to the staff and doctors (more like an annoyance) but VCV is the polar opposite, they excel in patient care and customer service. Although my dogs aren’t a fan at the beginning , the staff and doctors do their absolute best to make sure they feel safe and as comfortable as they can. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s comforting as a dog mom knowing they’re in good hands .

I have visited 3 vets in the last two weeks. This specific vet was a recommendation by two people. The experience from beginning to end was so welcoming, respectful, and helpful. Once the doctor came in, she was immediately able to recognize signs on my dog and tell me what was needed. I expressed to her the situation I was in financially being that this was my third vet visit with no answer and she was compassionate towards my situation gave me all the information I needed and even recommended an ER for me to go to at no cost. I’m aware that this is not an every day situation, but the fact that the people here care for animals and do everything they can to help our animals says a lot about their practice.
