We visited for the first time a few nights ago with our Boxer. He had an abscess or cyst between his toes. The staff made him (and us) feel very comfortable. It's always stressful when your fur baby is sick or injured especially when it's after hours. I'm glad to know we have an option when our vet is closed.

I really love this place it’s clean and the staff is amazing plus the rooms are private. They offer online reservations so you can make an appt and tell them all about your pet before you even get there then you can check in with a kiosk. They are fully transparent on all their pricing and show you an estimate before doing anything. I’ve also never seen my dog so relaxed and good at the vet much less for the vet. I did think their pricing was a little surprising, but we don’t visit emergency vets often so there’s really not much to compare it to. Would definitely recommend them. We did wait a long time to see the Dr, BUT it is because they truly put all their care and time into each patient so it is well worth it.

This is an amazing place to take your pets. We experienced the one of the worst possible scenarios I think you can experience when it comes to your fur babies and they were incredibly kind, thoughtful and supportive of my family and I and helped us come to unfortunately what was the decision that was best for our sweet Loki based on her condition and our financial situation. We cannot thank you guys enough for helping us with our sweet girl Loki. God forbid anything ever happens to one of our animals again we will absolutely be coming back to see you guys although I hope not anytime soon. Thank you again💗

The vet techs and vet were fantastic. My husband and I thought the cost reasonable for making sure our Lab was OK when she started limping and whimpering suddenly Sunday afternoon. Walked in to UrgentVet at about 5:20pm and left about 7:30pm with some anti-inflammatory/pain meds for our girl. Also, they have phone charging stations on the coffee/snack bar! Brilliant. You never plan to have your phone battery dying during an emergency…
