We had a great experience at UrgentVet in Naperville. Ellie & Dr Murdock were wonderful to work with. They, not only, were great with our dog, but were very empathetic to my husband and I who were extremely concerned with the state of our dog. Dr Murdock also took the time to talk to us in depth regarding dog diet, answered all concerns, and didn’t rush us. We were pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t a wait, we were brought into a room and met with a tech within minutes. The room and facility was very clean. We’re hoping not to need an emergency vet anytime soon, but if we do, we will be returning. I’d would, and already have, recommend UrgentVet in Naperville.

Absolutely 10 stars, oh you can only give five here that's right! Had a problem with my little Havamalt eating a raisin which is seriously not good. Brought her in from the moment you stepped in everyone was super friendly and caring. Got right into a room the assistant was super sweet and took care of her puppy and was very thorough. The doctor came in she was super knowledgeable really newer stuff, next day puppies doing great! Don't hesitate to bring your animal here, they truly care.

Very clean, very little wait, and extremely kind, caring, knowledgeable staff. My dachshund had been lethargic all day and quivering with pain. The doctor listened to everything I said, thoroughly examined Hazel, then presented a few different scenarios of what it could be, and allowed me (with some guidance) to decide what to do and what to try, rather than push everything just for the billing. Hazel has a regular vet, but I would definitely go back to this place if her vet isn't available!

I brought in an injured feral cat late on a Saturday night and fully expected to be turned away, but every staff member greeted me with kindness, smiles and was extremely helpful in treating the wound. The staff truly cares about animals under any circumstance and makes the patients and owners feel welcome. Thank you!!

Dr. Wolsic and her team are amazing! We walked in on New Year’s Day and we were greeted promptly. The staff are all very caring and friendly. We were concerned about a possible obstruction, which was ruled out with imaging. Thorough explanations were provided about the work-up and care plan from start to finish. Saved us a trip to the ER!
