The Gold Leash Pet Hotel & Daycare

As a veterinarian, I have high expectations for pet care and services. My 11 month old Bernese Mountain Dog has been going to the Gold Leash for daycare since he finished his vaccinations at ~6 months of age. He has always been wary of strangers, but felt comfortable with the Gold Leash staff right away. The staff is kind, patient, and confident when handling him- he can be a handful (barks a ton and is still learning how to behave on a leash). They are highly in-tune with the dogs and understand dog behavior. This is evident in the way they create cohesive play groups based off size, age, patient demeanor, and energy levels. I highly recommend purchasing the "Furever Report." The Furever Report is like a report card for that day which includes pictures and videos of your dog having a blas

Sam absolutely loves Gold Leash Naperville, and so do we! He is very well taken care of, loved, and gets super excited just at the sound of “daycare”. We love getting his Furever reports with all of his adorable photos. The staff members are professional, friendly, and truly seem to care about their jobs.

I have been bringing my two dogs to The Gold Leash since they opened. They have the best team of people that truly love every dog that comes in the door. Trystan and one of my dogs Chewie have become the best of friends. Trystan is so great with Chewie, always gives him a little extra love! If you are looking for a place for daily daycare or overnight boarding, I cannot recommend The Gold Leash enough. Best place around!

Absolutely LOVE The Gold Leash in Naperville! Our Kala girl loves going there and it’s her home away from home. Every time we bring her and say she’s going to day camp, she’ll run to the door in excitement. The next day even if she’s not going, she’ll still run to the door because she’s so excited. Plus the staff is amazing and I know she’s in safe hands when we leave her there. Special shoutout to Apiphanni at the Gold Leash. Our girl loves hanging out with Apiphanni and runs to her whenever she sees her!! Highly recommend!!!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with The Gold Leash. We have boarded our 1 year old pup, Bandit, there and sent him to daycare numerous times. He loves playing with the dogs and the staff and he comes home happy and tired. I really appreciate the level of care their staff provides, they really go above and beyond. Bandit is always warmly welcomed by staff when he arrives for a stay. I appreciate that they let you bring a blanket and toys to comfort your pup while boarding. Knowing our pup is in good hands while we are out of town, gives us great peace of mind. We will continue to use Gold Leash for our daycare and boarding needs!
