Thank goodness for Urgent Vet!!!! My 4 month old pup was playing in the yard and got stung by something. Her poor face was very swollen, very quickly! They had an appointment about 30 mins from the time I noticed so we singed up and ran up there. The appointment reservation process was super quick and easy which when you’re scared that’s nice. As soon as we arrived and clicked the sign in button someone came to make sure she was stable and had the vet peak at her. After that the wait was only 15-20 mins and they were full so that was nice. The tech was so sweet and nice with her. Vet looked her over again, we got a steroid injection (which didn’t even make her cry!) and some instructions. Everyone was kind, caring and easy going. I love how quick it is to make an appointment. They called me immediately to make sure they had all the information before arrival. I live about an hour away but I would come back here anytime in an urgent situation. They took such great care of us and listened to our issues. I had Dr. Jones and Olivia helping me and I’d come back to them in an instant! I certainly don’t want to be in this situation again but I’m at ease to know they will be available. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family if they need ER/urgent care for their fur babies

I am really surprised by some of the bad reviews that I have read. I did not have a bad experience at all, just the opposite. From the first phone call I made speaking with someone they were polite, and very sympathetic about my dog being injured. My dog Pete cut his chest in my backyard and it required stitches. He is my world and I was really upset and crying and the nurse gave me tissues and assured me that he was going to be ok. They gave him lots of pets and attention like he was one of there own! He was there for a few hours as he required sedation. So it took time for him to come out of it. They explained his prescriptions to me and how much to give. I highly recommend this location for urgent care. Thank you to the wonderful staff who took the best care of my baby boy Pete!

I’ve been trying to put into words my gratitude for the team here at UrgentVet, because it is so hard to describe. We had the worst Christmas Day of our lives and had to bring in our sweet senior boy who was declining rapidly and had to be put to rest. The UrgentVet team showed us so much kindness as we experienced one of the hardest times of our lives. I am so so thankful to the entire team who worked on Christmas, for allowing us to give our sweet boy Elton comfort and kindness in his final hours.

My husband and I had to put down our precious S’mores last week. S’mores was treated with dignity and respect and the staff was so loving to my husband and I. The urn is beautiful. The vet even gave us a small jar of fur as a keepsake. When I tell you this practice went above and beyond that is an understatement. I will always be grateful to them.
