Sunday, March 1st, 2026 we had to take our beloved Aziza Marie to UrgentVet for euthanization. While it was one of the most painful experiences of our lives, they made it easier to handle, given the devastating circumstances. Very professional and extremely empathetic. We could tell immediately they weren't just there for a paycheck, but actually cared about our cat and made a concerted effort to make it as easy on her and us as possible. I genuinely wish I could continue working with them as the primary veterinarian for our other cat, Pepper. Hands down the best vet we have ever been to and I will absolutely recommend them to anybody that needs an emergency vet visit.

Referred here by my normal vet. Our 5 month old Dutch Shepherd had been getting progressively sicker over a few days and needed to be seen but there were no appointments open at our normal vet and they don’t do urgent or emergency care. I was very relieved to learn that there was a pet urgent care that’s open late (11pm I believe). Called ahead and was able to get in right away, it was like being a walk-in. You can also schedule and appointment online. A bell goes off when you open the door and someone comes out right away. Clinic has iPads for check in along with a Kuerig, mini water bottles, and snacks. There are TVs in the hallways with chairs and side tables. There is also a charging station at one of the hallway tables with a variety of chargers, for sure type C and the older iPhone l

I brought my cat to Urgent Vet as I was worried about him and couldn’t make him wait any longer for our normal vet. Even though I didn’t make an appointment, they got me and my cat in quickly after they did an initial assessment. The staff was so kind and gentle with him as he was in pain. Unfortunately, he had to be put to sleep to avoid further suffering. They gently offered options and allowed us as much time as needed to say goodbye in a nice room. I was so grateful for their compassionate help in a very emotional and difficult time. I would recommend them to any pet owner who needs urgent, loving care for their pet.

Brought my cat here in a panic thinking she had a UTI. My experience from when I walked in until I walked out was wonderful, these ppl really cared for me and my Harley girl in a time when I was really worried about her. Come to find out she actually had crystals in her urine, they gave her medication to make her comfortable & recommended rx cat food going forward. The medication helped relieve her pain until I was able to have her new food shipped & now she is so happy & back to her normal loving self. Thank you to everyone here that helped us I really appreciate your kindness & compassion during a stressful time

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at UrgentVet when my dog unexpectedly ate grapes. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in. They acted quickly, explained every step clearly, and treated my dog with so much care and compassion. Their calm, professional approach made a very stressful situation so much easier. I’m truly grateful for the level of attention and support we received. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet parent in need of urgent care!
