I would 100% recommend this ER vet! Melissa was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and Dr. G was absolutely amazing... personable, knowledgeable, and truly caring. My situation was a little out of the ordinary, but they treated Rex with so much love, patience, and compassion. The entire team was resourceful, supportive, and went above and beyond to help us through a stressful situation. Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication. You ladies are truly in the right field ❤️

Amazing service. I’ve been going to Boca Delray Animal Hospital for a couple of years now I called on Friday to get my dog in because I knew his ear infection never healed from Boca Delray doing it January 6. They would not let me come because they said they were cleaning. Really!!!! Just lost a great Customer URGENT VET staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Went above and beyond with my crazy standard poodle. I wish they were a traditional vet as well. But I would definitely recommend if you have an emergency definitely bring them there. Plus they do not price gouge you. Thank you again for doing such an amazing job and being so wonderful. Truly appreciate it.

Urgent Vet was absolutely wonderful to us last week. My vet could not see us until the next when I told them something was wrong with Jasper, our 18 year old cat. He came in as he always does and I noticed something was wrong. Obviously he was getting on in years, but he was breathing heavy and had a small cut on one of his paws. I thought he might’ve gotten into a fight with another neighborhood cat. I got an appointment online and within 15 minutes we were at Urgent Vet on Glades Road in Boca Raton. I wish I knew the name of the woman who greeted me at the front door. She looked at Jasper and noticed that he was very pale around his lips and took him immediately into the back. Edward came out within a few minutes and told us that they were examining him and showed us into a private room.

My dog maple had to seek immediate care because she had ingested something unknown that caused her to shake and salivate. My boyfriend brought her in to seek care and he said the whole experience with staff and care was excellent. They worked with us for financing options and were extremely nice and patient. They identified the cause pretty quickly because they are experienced. I will definitely be watching her closely as this was an expensive mistake. Nevertheless, they took great care of our puppy! I think the doctors name was Joana my boyfriend said she was very nice and knowledgeable!

Having access to Urgent Vet today was such a relief! Dr. Neumann and her staff were so kind and careful with my 20 year old cat having a scary health issue on a Sunday! I was amazed to be able to make an appointment and we were seen on arrival. The tech was so gentle she wasn’t really frightened like she usually is at the vet! Tests were done and results explained, prescriptions given and notes for follow up care. Highly recommended!
