Jill and her team have been wonderful to Rhubarb and I. Melissa is assigned as the primary walker for Rhubarb and I cannot recommend her enough. She is very detail-oriented, observant, and loving towards Rhubarb. She shows up on time, communicates in timely manners, and even notified me if she found anything different with Rhubarb. I am certainly glad that I have found their service! Being able to set up the appointments through an app is also convenient as well.

They always provide detailed updates with photos after appointments that put my partner and I at ease while we’re away. Jill's Next Door is an amazing service and I'm so happy I found them! I've used them a few times now for my two cats while we're away. Shelly is so thorough and sweet with them and every visit is documented with a checklist. It's a super professional service unlike any other I've had and you can tell they really care about the animals they care for and the people they serve. While I never like leaving my cats, this company makes me feel as comfortable as possible because I know they're in great hands!
