Urgent Pet Care

A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I, brought our cat, Kronk, in to be looked at as he was very lethargic and running a fever. Having lost multiple kitties previously to feline panleukopenia, I was so afraid he had contracted it as well, and all the staff was very kind, and warm, and welcoming, and explained everything that was going to happen and all the tests that were going to be done. Sadly, in the end, it turned out that our baby did have pan leuk and we made the hard decision to euthanize him and end his suffering, and the vet and tech that came in (I'm so sorry I can't remember their names right now!) were so kind and treated Kronk and is with the greatest care while we held him and said goodbye as they helped him cross the Rainbow Bridge. We'd only had him in our family for 10 days,

Knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They did everything in their power to work with me on questions of affordability, handled my cat with the utmost care, and kept me informed through the whole process. They are not equipped to be your primary care veterinarian, but for a single visit (or an emergency) they are fantastic. For anyone who may be concerned, they treat transgender pet owners with great courtesy and respect - just like you're any other person who walks in. Shouldn't need to be said, but it's 2026 in America, and good people like these deserve recognition.

I wouldn't recommend them for any one they made it seem like my cat Jerry was going to die without spending $1300 on X-rays and tests the Dr wanted to do. They made it sound like they couldn't do anything for Jerry at all so I didn't want him to suffer so I asked about putting him down. But I changed my mind about that and refused service and paid $140 for nothing. Thank God I got him into a real veterinary and he took care of him and he's home and all better now. He had strep throat with lots of blisters in his mouth. I called to get my money back for such bad service the Dr didn't even look inside Jerry mouth she said he wouldn't let her. Brought our dog here with a broken nail. The staff was courteous and understanding. The cost was reasonable and didn't seem like they were selling us what we didn't need. Waiting area was comfortable and had snacks and beverages available. Overall a great experience during an unfortunate time. Definitely recommend them to take care of your fur babies. 🥰

I've been a bit delayed posting this, but I visited the clinic a few months ago and was very happy with the care they provided my cat, who was in congestive heart failure and needed to be put into oxygen right away. I was helped by Dr. McCoy, Hunter, Matti, Kelly, and Sam S. Each of them was very kind and considerate and went above and beyond to give my cat the care she needed. The one thing I wish is that they were open later. I'd hoped we wouldn't have to be there past 11 pm when I brought my cat in, but her case was more serious than I expected, so she had to be transfered to the 24 hour emergency vet to get continued support, so I had to drive her across town while she needed oxygen. However, I'm grateful there was a clinic on my side of town at all, so their closing hours don't dimi
