He is extremely rude, gave me attitude because my dog peed or pooped in the crate while waiting. The worst dog groomer I have ever worked with, and will NEVER take my dogs there again, my dogs HATED going there so it was as clear he was not the best person to care for my dogs. He was also very rude to my sister in law. And reading at his response should only prove to anyone he doesn’t care about you or your dog.

Steven is amazing, he took us in even though no one wanted my fur baby because she was to energetic. We use to go to Bakersfield and kid you not been to multiple grooming place but no one can't handle mine. Until I was referred to Urban Dawg pet grooming by my sister. He is very understanding and very good at what he does. Experienced with my dog breed and knew exactly how I like my fur baby to look. I recommend Urban DawgPet Grooming here in Delano, CA. I called to inquiry for a grooming service for my dog and the guy on the phone was very rude. I asked what is the next availability and he repeated he couldn't give information until he sees my dogs vaccination record ( he is up to date). I do not see any harm in informing on your next availability, also felt like he was rushing to hang up. I was just inquiring because it is closer to home rather than driving to Bakersfield, but with that attitude I will keep my money and drive the extra miles. Customer service is really what makes and breaks a business. Good luck
