We took our dog in for a fractured leg and thankfully no surgery was needed. We did need to take him in weekly for a cast change during his 8 week recovery. The staff were amazing scheduling and dealing with our anxious/playful pup. We always felt informed and supported during the whole process. Dr. Miller was amazing in giving us valuable information and realistic changes to make to support our dog. Today our dog was cleared and is on his way to be fully healed We can’t recommend this place enough. 😁

The technicians totally took care of Ruby! Dr. JHN is experienced and an excellent surgeon. I called many times with many questions. Each answer gave me what I needed to know and to do. I also followed written directions to have a successful healing of her cranial cruciate ligament rupture. Thank you so much! Ruby and I are both happy!!

This establishment goes above and beyond, if I could give 10 stars I would! The attention to detail and care they provided for our fur baby was amazing. Our regular vet recommended Dr Borostyankoi aka Dr B , and he's EXCELLENT 👍! He explained the entire procedure without making me feel dumb and he answered all of my questions until I was totally comfortable with the process because he could see I was very nervous and overwhelmed with my dogs injury. The entire staff are so kind, friendly, and you really feel a genuine sense of comfort and love inside the facility. If your fur babies ever need any type of bone or specialty work I would 100% recommend calling this office to at least see if they can help you out. You will NOT be disappointed.

All of the staff was very kind and patient. The surgeon, Dr. Pali, was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. He never seemed rushed while he was speaking with me and was well organized showing the before, and after x-rays as they post surgery checks continued on until February 2025.

We are so happy that our local vet referred us to BRVSS! They took great care of our baby and were so kind to him (and us) even though our boy is terrified of everything and comes across as aggressive. That meant so much to us! The doctors & staff were amazing & took the time with us to explain everything. It was over a 2 hour drive each way for us but completely worth it!!
