I’ve been taking my shorkie and cockapoo to Upscale Tail for the past two years, and the customer service is outstanding. The team truly cares about both the dogs and the owners. My pups go every 8 weeks and are always excited to see the staff, which says a lot! If the groomers are ever unsure about something, they always text to confirm rather than guess — that extra communication really shows how much they value their clients. Consistently great service and happy dogs make Upscale Tail easy to recommend!

I absolutely love everyone here & would never go anywhere else!! Kate has been grooming my girl Aiko, for several years, (when she left her prior position, we followed her here), & there's no one else I would rather have groom my pupper!! She does an incredible job every single time, & her attention to detail is amazing. She's an absolute natural with animals, & we trust her wholeheartedly. With that said, all of the ladies here are absolutely wonderful, & truly, truly care. ❤️❤️ If you're looking for an amazing salon for your furbaby, look no further!!!

Such a wonderful experience!! We recently moved to Mooresville and I was stressing about finding a groomer. Wow!! First try we knocked it out of the park… the service, cleanliness, communication and entire experience were top notch!! Tobey will be back!!

I have been using this groomer for a year now and they have been FANTASTIC! Prior to this, they had only been groomed a handful of times. I never heard about how they were and I would notice that things were skipped in the past. I figured they were nervous, especially my youngest because he is a nervous around new people. The staff at Upscale Tails worked with him and was very honest about his behavior. They even were able to detect the first signs that my oldest had knee problems and if they hadn’t mentioned it, it would’ve taken a lot longer for me to notice and get her treatment!!! After going there so many times, my youngest is now much more comfortable, they are happy to see the staff and getting better each time with the dryers!
