Pampered Pets Inn

My Muffins loves to travel with me but for this trip, I needed to venture off on my own and Muffins enjoyed three nights at the Pampered Pets Inn. Muffins received excellent hospitality while I was away and I can tell that the team are very caring and kind to all of their guests. Five stars for sure and will plan Muffin's next stay very soon.

We boarded our two dogs for a long weekend. This was our first time boarding so we were a little concerned with how our fur babies would do. The staff was very quick with check in responses. We were able to review daily post on social media and saw our little guy on a few photos. He looked so happy. We selected to have the spa service for the day of pickup. Well worth the money. Our fur babies were well cared for and slept great that night. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them for daycare and boarding services in the future.

I had to travel for an important business trip, and leaving my dog Alex behind was a huge worry for me. The team here took that worry completely away. From the very first moment, they treated Alex like family. They didn’t just “board” him — they got to know him. They even took the time to research and learn the specific Turkish words and commands he understands so he would feel comfortable, safe, and at home. This level of care is something I have never seen anywhere else. They kept me updated, were incredibly patient with all my questions, and made sure Alex stayed on his routine. My dog Scooby and I both love Pampered Pets! They are always so friendly and kind. My puppy is excited when we go in the door and always looks beautiful and happy when I go to pick him up. I highly recommend this wonderful place for boarding, grooming, and training! (We use all three!)

Our pup Luca had his first day at the Pampered Pets Inn and all I can say is i think he absolutely loved it based on the pics that I saw of him running around with his new buds and we were very satisfied with the facilities and very detailed report we had of his day! Everyone seems very invested in the pets coming in and the level of organization and communication is top notch. Luca will be back! Thanks to the team for taking great care of him ❤️
