Nikia was treated and cared for very well. I would highly recommend Unleashed Vet Care!! Dr. Nugent and the staff are all great and caring. They all take their time with you and their patients... Our girl is a big and lean German Shepherd with high anxiety weighing 106 pounds. She is a mommas girl who doesn't like her paws touched but their vet techs were able to clip her nails and dew claws and documented how they it for the next time to make it easier on her and them next time. While vaccinating and drawing blood on her, one tech was giving her peanut butter on a stick, while the other did the deed. That helped a lot to distract her. I was a new patient, or should I say that my Great Dane mix, and we were waiting to hear our name. But they kept calling people that had walked in after we did. But they finally saw us and he was treated. Doing well now. Thank you 🙏 no chicken for this dog!

We love Dr Mercier as she is straight forward, provides options, and good rationale. I can get our pup in fairly quickly and is very reasonably priced. However, a recent change is that during tech only appointments, you’re not allowed to go with your animal. Ever since, our dog absolutely hates going to the vet. She used to be really excited to go to the vet until it was time to go in the room, then she got a little anxious, but calmed down easily. Now, she tries to avoid going through the front door ☹️ I think they would really benefit from getting their Fear Free certification Edit to respond: The first time I did ask, but was declined due to it being the new protocol. I’ll definitely ask again!

Unleashed pet care has always taken amazing care of my pets! My first visit with them was unfortunately the euthanasia of my kitty, but with how kindly they treated me (and my kitty) I switched all of my pets over to them. Most of my pets are very friendly, but I have a new dog struggling with trust issues and they’ve been very patient with him!

Dr. Nugent is an awesome veterinarian. No matter how busy she is, she always takes the time to listen to your concerns about your pet, and never rushes you. She treats my little, now indoor feral cat, (Mumma Kitty), with such kindness. But most of all she is really concerned over your pets health and well being. And the staff, I cannot say enough great things about! I have had pets of all kinds for over 50 years and have been to more veterinarian clinics than I can remember. But with all the facilities I've been too, I can honestly say that this is the best staff I have ever dealt with. They always answer the phone with an upbeat greeting and happy voice. (Which tells you they like their job) They always identify themselves, are never rude, and if you get there answering machine they call
