They did a wonderful job grooming Gizmo! I know he’s not the nicest customer, so I appreciate them working with him and making him look so handsome!

If I could give zero stars I would. We have taken our two dogs to this groomer and have had good experience with Linda. We had some scheduling issues and decided to make an appointment with Courtney because Linda wasn’t available in the time frame we needed to have our dogs groomed. It has taken me months to write this review because that’s how upset I am with Courtney. She stated that grooms with her would take longer and we said we understood. Little did we know our dogs would be in cages from 9 am until 6 pm with no one taking them outside to relieve themselves. The dogs were finally done by 6pm!!! Courtney and the other woman working with her were nothing short of extremely rude when I expressed my concern. Courtney stated “I told you I take longer” yes, you did but you didn’t say our

Recently took both of our dogs here and couldn't be happier with their grooms. We have a 4 year old bernedoodle and a 4 month old teddy bear (was his first groom) Reasonably priced and both dogs look and smell amazing! Glad we found a new groomer and looking forward to future visits!

Nothing think Groomingdales deserve a star, my service request is simple give my puppy a hair cut , bath and nail buffing. And paid $75 for it . After the service , she was shaking my head vigorously , don’t think they took care of cleaning and drying properly. They DID NOT take care of my dog properly, she now got just ear infection. When I took her to show them after their service , my dog not even want to go inside , I can see her anxiety , they have drag her inside and to check . They don’t even acknowledge their mistakes, they simply said it not their mistake they she got infected . What kind customers service are you giving then? , Very poor service and management. Now i have take vet and charged me 330 , this poor service and not acceptable
