Alexx was so helpful and kind. I was able to get what I needed to help my pup and learn about more products that could help my dog and others as well. So appreciate it so much.

We’re regulars, and I can’t get within a couple blocks without my guy dragging me in. The staff is always helpful and genuinely happy to see dogs come into the shop. The doggy bathing facilities are a godsend when you need to do an emergency bath (think “big mud puddle”).

They really care, give individualized service, always have water and treats for your pets. Sometimes their friendly nice, cute dog mascots are there. They always have good ideas and are happy to research items even if they don’t carry them‼️The barking repellent for $10 is great, now I just have to show the bottle to my dog & she stops unnecessary barking. It dies not stop her watchdog tendencies, happy about that!/ I do find them a lot more expensive than other pet supply places. However, maybe not so much if one needs something specialized.

Wonderful experience yet again. We love buying local and the Broad st location is awesome!
